Danny Pidutti

Danny Pidutti brings more than 30 years of product leadership and software development experience to One Discovery, including, most recently, 5 years as the Chief Product Officer at Nuix. His leadership marks a new phase in the growth of One Discovery and will accelerate the development and delivery of its groundbreaking software platform which helps legal teams process, analyze and secure critical enterprise data associated with legal matters.

A proven technology leader with an exemplary record of developing innovative products, new markets and building world-class teams, Mr. Pidutti leads from the front with a unique collaborative leadership style, a deep focus on improving customer relationships and a nuanced understanding of eDiscovery, compliance and information governance.

Prior to his work in eDiscovery, Pidutti held senior product leadership positions at Nuxeo, Dell Technologies, FileNet and iBM. He joined One Discovery in September of 2023.

Eric Rodriguez

Eric Rodriguez is an accomplished executive specializing in technology used for eDiscovery, forensic investigations, and information governance. Throughout his career he created and influenced over $150 million in annual contract revenue commercializing technology for eDiscovery service providers, corporate legal operations, corporate investigations, and law firms.

Eric has been a member of management teams executing 3 acquisitions. He has spent most of his career operationalizing go to market strategies, defining total addressable market, target buyers, market messaging, strategy, and executing the sales cadence.

Mr. Rodriguez has held senior leadership positions at IKON, Ribstone Systems, Equitrac, Nuance Communication and Nuix. He joined One Discovery in May of 2021.

Executive Vice President, Sales & Field Chief Technology Officer

Dan Kinney

Dan Kinney is Executive Vice President, Sales & Field Chief Technology Officer at Lightning IQ, leading global sales and field technology strategy for the company's enterprise data intelligence platform. With more than 25 years of experience, Dan has consistently driven multimillion-dollar enterprise revenue across eDiscovery, compliance, investigations, and data governance with Fortune 500 organizations.

He previously served as Senior Vice President at ProSearch, partnering with Fortune 500 legal departments on complex data strategies, and held leadership positions at Epiq Global, Canon, and HPE. Dan's career uniquely combines technical operations expertise—including building eDiscovery operations centers and conducting computer forensics—with proven enterprise sales success in multi-year agreements.

A former Certified Computer Examiner and frequent industry speaker, Dan brings both technical depth and strategic business acumen to help organizations manage petabyte-scale data challenges.

Dan earned his BA in Spanish and International Business Certification from the University of Iowa.

Andrey Yesyev

Andrey Yesyev is Chief Technology Officer at Lightning IQ, leading the company’s technology vision, platform engineering strategy, and innovation roadmap across its enterprise data intelligence solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in software design, big data processing, cybersecurity, data mining, and artificial intelligence, Andrey brings deep technical expertise to the challenges of petabyte‑scale data management.

Before joining Lightning IQ, Andrey served as Director of Cybersecurity Solutions at Accedian, where he led advanced initiatives in cyber threat detection and response. His earlier work at IBM focused on developing and guiding cyber threat analytics and incident response software, giving him a rare combination of architectural depth and real‑world security operations experience.

Andrey earned a Master of Science in Programming and Information Technologies from Odesa National Polytechnic University.
